Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EZ-Stay! We look forward to hosting you. Please carefully review the terms and conditions below. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these policies.

• A valid payment via UPI, Bank transfer is required to secure your booking.

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance at the time of check in

• Failure to pay the balance before the check-in may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund of the deposit.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made a week prior to check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days prior to check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the full charge of the booking amount.

Early Departures: If guests leave before the confirmed check-out date, no refunds will be issued for the remaining nights.

Check-In: Begins at [time, e.g., 2:00 PM]. Early check-in may be arranged in advance based on availability.

Check-Out: Required by [time, e.g., 11:00 AM]. Late check-out requests may incur an additional fee if available.

• Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

• Smoking is not permitted within the premises. Smoking areas are available in designated outdoor areas.

• Quiet hours are from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful environment.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Hosting events or gatherings requires prior approval from management.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The guest house is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

• The guest house reserves the right to charge for any deep cleaning or repairs needed due to guest actions, including excessive mess or damage.

• The guest house complies with local health and safety regulations and expects guests to follow them as well.

• In case of an emergency, please follow the evacuation instructions provided in each room.

• Guests should report any maintenance or safety issues to management as soon as possible.

• Guests have access to all communal areas and amenities during their stay. Please treat these areas respectfully and clean up after use.

•Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and complying with legal requirements.

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

• The guest house reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the stay of guests who do not adhere to these terms and conditions or engage in disruptive behavior, without refund.

•The guest house may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Bookings confirmed before the amendment will not be affected.
